Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover. American Express is also accepted via telephone. Please email us your phone number and we will call you for your AmEx card information. We also accept Paypal payments and you can send an e-check via this method for your payment too. Your Paypal payment must be made at the time the order is placed. Our Return Policy
Because most Just Kidd'n items are custom made for you at the time you place order, we cannot accept returns. Please check sizing or email us with sizing questions before placing your order. If there is a mistake on our part, please email us and we take care of the issue immediately.
If you purchased a ready-made item from us at one of our shows, you may exchange your item, unworn, new-with-tags within 30 days of purchase for other ready-made Just Kidd'n reversible clothing items.
BabyLegs and Huggalugs in unopened packaging can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Customer pays postage if item was shipped with our free shipping offer.
All sales are final on bedding items.

We do not share the information gathered through this web site with any other 3rd party without your express consent. All payment information entered through this web site is done so through a secure server with SSL encryption.
Ordering & Sizing Questions
Because most of our items are custom made for each order, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to ship. If you need your order sooner, priority and shipping upgrades are available. We do carry inventory in selected reversible items so if you need something quickly, contact us to see if it is in stock.
Size measurements for our reversible clothing are available on each category page. Please contact us prior to ordering if you need sizing to be customized for you.
Shipping Fees
The following shipping rates apply to most items on our website. Some items have may special rates.
Price Range - Shipping Fee
up to $25 - $3.00
$25.01 to $50.00 - $5.00
$50.01 to $75.00 - $6.50
$75.01 to $100.00 - $8.00
$100.01 to $200.00 - $9.50
$200 and up - $11.00
Shipping to Canada
Shipments to Canada do not include any customs fees, duties, brokerage fees, taxes, etc. All shipments to Canada are sent via postal service to obtain the lowest possible fees, therefore delivery times may vary from region to region. If a shipment is returned due to a refusal to pay the above fees when the package is presented, the customer will be responsible for restocking charges incurred including all customs and shipping fees to return the shipment, which will be deducted from any refund to the customer. Because Canadian customs can delay shipments, we have no control over the length of shipping time.
International Shipping
Just Kidd'n website accepts orders shipping to the US and Canada. We do ship internationally and would be happy to quote you a shipping rate. Just email us with your order.
